Experience 01
Breathwork &
Meditation
Breathe. Presence. Transformation.
Discover the transformative power of your breath. This deeply restorative class invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore how conscious breathing can support greater wellbeing, clarity, and inner peace.
For the past ten years, I have shared Breathwork & Meditation journeys, helping more than 10,000 people connect with their essence. Today, around 1,500 people attend my regular Breathwork & Meditation classes each year.
Guided by music and gentle instruction, you’ll spend most of the session lying comfortably on your mat, practicing breathing techniques inspired by the Wim Hof Method, Conscious Connected Breathing, and Rebirthing Breathwork. The experience is complemented by meditation and deep relaxation, creating a nourishing journey for both body and mind.
Every Breathwork journey is unique. Some people experience profound relaxation, while others discover emotional release, renewed energy, mental clarity, expanded awareness, or a deep sense of connection. Whatever arises, you’re invited to meet it with curiosity, compassion, and openness.
